Our preference is for the existing owner to retain a meaningful ownership stake alongside us. We also set aside equity for employees so they can participate in the long-term growth of the business we’re building together.

We acquire businesses using a combination of bank financing and equity from partners who have built and operated companies themselves—many similar to the ones we work with today.

We are industry-agnostic within industrial & municipal services. If your business has a track record of profitability and generates $500 thousand or more in EBITDA, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more.
